The only reason I gave two stars is because two of the three admiting young ladies were nice. One didn’t even acknowledge several things I said The doctor was condescending and rude! The nurse was only friendly when SHE wanted to me and NOT consistently! They we also no help with a diagnosis. I’m still not sure what is wrong!!! Go somewhere else. Do not use this facility.

If j could leave no stars I would. They sent my son home from the BEHAVIORAL HEALTH ER after he RIPPED out a tooth from biting a seatbelt on purpose during an episode. They only care about keeping numbers down.

I agree with other comments about this place. My wife is there currently. While she has had a couple of nurses who were decent, they treat the 4th floor mental health ward as if it’s a prison. In order to see my own wife I have to make an appointment…front desk notifies the floor nurse that I’m there…push a buzzer while on camera…sign in at the nurses station…turn over my coat…be electronically wanded…and my last visit they even demanded to look through my wallet! All that aside, you cannot speak with an actual doctor, you have to deal with physicians assistant or a social worker. She’s been there since 2/23/26, and they still have no plan for her treatment other than to say more time, therapy and medication. They don’t return my calls, or really answer basic yes/no questions.

I went to the ER. I had the worst Doctor ever. No compassion rude and refused to help me. I get severe Migraines were I suffer with right sided weakness I have had them for years. I will never go back. I had a lady doctor and she was wonderful more compassion. I had trouble with a couple times they just act like they are betty then me. The experience was the worst i had

Millcreek hospital ad all Lecom places are horrible. In 2003 I was abused and assaulted in there. They insult and scream at physically disabled people. Ignore every special need I have. Deliberately thrown to floor by a nurse. Several witnesses including another patient. In there 3 days and zero sleep. Garbage food. Totally terrified. Force drugged and made sick by drugs. They violated rights of citizens. Forced to sign papers that claimed I know I did a wrong thing. No rest as place was so loud got sick headache and denied Tylenol. Other patients were kind and helpful. This was like a horror movie. Had nightmares for months. Still have PTSD after over 20 years. I am terrified of all health care facilities as a result of illegally being forced to go there. We could have had nurse arrested as well as due for millions.
